If you mail on a regular basis you might have your own permit number, but if you don't have one, you're welcome to use ours. Our permit is valid for Presorted First Class and Standard mailings. It can also be used for Non-Profit mailings if your organization meets the Post Office qualifications.
If you plan on using our permit on your mailpiece, but will have someone else print it, please fax your mailpiece to us at (931) 552-0127 for verification and approval prior to printing. This will save you time and money by assuring correctness of the permit information and make sure your mailpiece conforms to all of the postal regulations.
The permit information is usually located on the upper right corner of the mailpiece and your return address should be on the upper left corner.
We require that the payment for the postage be payable to the US Postmaster and must be received at or before the time of the mailing.
